These packages are designed for both tools that have broken down, and as a preventative maintenance solution for high volume users. Each level of repair covers a specified set of components. This does not necessarily mean all of the components covered will be replaced, they will only be replaced if the technician repairing them deems it necessary.
Why are we doing this? Streamlining and simplification. By fixing the price of the repairs we can run the full tool diagnostics and repair the elements necessary in a single session without the need to quote and wait for approval. This reduces costs and time.
All Fix Price Service packages come with a 6 month warranty on parts and labour. *
Consumable parts such as brushes are not included in warrantable items.
