Director - Sales and Marketing at GnG Sales
Greg has a degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst USA and a Masters from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney. He has significant marketing and sales experience in FMCG and Information Technology and has also participated in and project managed large scale Internet projects. He has consulted on technology projects for major national and international companies including BBN Planet (Now Genuity in the USA), Federal Express and Sheraton Hotels.
Greg joined GnG in 2002 as Product Manger for Autoglym and was the driving force behind the launch and management of Brand. His experience in market research, advertising, strategic planning, channel marketing and distribution has added significant strength to the GnG management team.
Director - Finance and Operations
Michael has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Merrimack University, Massachusetts, USA and is an Australian CPA. Following his graduation Michael held various financial positions within the accounting profession. Michael moved to Australia to take up a position of Financial Controller within the ITT Sheraton Group. He subsequently took up a position of Finance Manager for a publicly traded telecommunications company responsible for design, implementation and operation of financial systems and the day to day financial operations.
Michael joined GnG Sales as Director of Operations and Finance in 2002. His responsibilities include the management of the company’s financial position as well as ensuring the effective & efficient operation of the company. Michael has valuable international financial experience as well as sound operating knowledge. He is also a member of the executive committee involved in the setting of the strategic direction of the Company.
Technical Director
Garry has over 35 years experience in the tool industry gaining his initial training in product development with a major electrical tool manufacturer. After National Service in communications with Army Signals Corps he started his own business in the tool business gaining vast experience in an array of tools and equipment working major power tool manufacturers. He then moved into a selling role establishing himself as an expert in both the wholesale and retail industries supplying industrial tools and equipment. He joined GnG Sales in 1994 as a founding member and moved up to the position of Sales Director. He is an integral member of the management team contributing from a sales, technical and product development point of view. His customer focus, technical know how and expertise positions him as one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. Garry participates in the sourcing of products internationally and is a key member of development committee.
